Commissioners and Trainee’s

From the commissioners of our services the correlation of information through completion of the training needs analysis, risk assessment, training design process, training delivery, post training questionnaires and time management processes is assessed and fed into our internal quality assurance process.

Our internal management processes, i.e. induction training, appraisals, the ongoing personal development of trainers, supervision of our staff team, our internal management structures and the strategic planning in the delivery of our services, also provides comprehensive evidence that feeds into our quality assurance process.
