VERTICAL TOTE FILLING SYSTEM

Example is shown is for the production of 14,000 disposable razors per hour based on a 24 impression mould operating on a 6 second cycle for twin shot moulding operating on unattended production by virtue of the vertical tote accumulation system developed by UPM incorporating static removal with air ionisers, CAT 3 safety and short circuit current rating (SCCR) control allowing the system to be completely interfaced to the injection moulding machine.

A UPM auto reject divert flip flap is located in the well of the machine linked to the machine control so any change in process parameters reject product to the rear of the press allowing only acceptable product to be transferred out to the product count for discharge to tote boxes for automatic accumulation operating 24/7 with only one operator responsible for ten machines and these systems have now been exported to Brazil; Mexico; Poland; & Russia
